Deposits are non-refundable; however, your deposit may be transferred to a future reservation up to 12 months from your original arrival date.
- All new reservations require a $100 dollar deposit for daily and weekly stays.
- If your daily or weekly includes a holiday, the deposit is $200.
- Multiple monthly reservations require a deposit of $100 per month.
When canceling for daily or weekly reservations:
- There will be a 14-day window.
- If you cancel outside the 14 days, your deposit will be transferred to a future reservation.
- If you cancel within the 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
- An additional deposit will be required for the rebook.
When canceling daily or weekly reservations that include a holiday:
- Holiday reservations are a 3-day minimum.
- There is a 90-day
- If you cancel outside the 90 days, your deposit will be transferred to a future reservation.
- If you cancel within the 90 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
- An additional deposit will be required for the rebook.
When canceling for monthly reservations:
- There will be a 90-day window.
- If you cancel outside the 90 days, your deposit will be transferred to a future reservation.
- If you cancel within the 90 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
- An additional deposit will be required for the rebook.
Site Change
- Site changes fall within the cancellation policy. If they are within the cancellation windows, and want to change their site, we treat it as a cancellation and charge the cancellation fee. Then create a booking on the new site. The only exception is holiday reservations, which will have a 14-day window for site changes only.
